Like all of the ultimate weapons, Red Monika’s Destiny and Destruction is crafted after finding its recipe in the Pale Cathedral in northern Wintervein.

Even though Furs of the Oracle is just a level 24 armor and Red Monika does have a level 27 craftable armor like everybody else, the one of a kind Furs have stats far above and beyond what her craftable armor is capable of delivering.
