If the quest marker isn’t there yet when you load into the area, just keep playing through the game and come back later. If you’ve completed the game and you’re at max level, it’ll definitely be there. Once you accept the quest, you need to return to Sanctuary and fly to the Skydrowned Pulpit.
At the Skydrowned Pulpit, start the trial and play it through to the end. The Hag of Fervor is the final boss of the area.
Hag of Fervor is a badass hag, the type of enemy that certain Tinks hop onto and ride like a 90s Japanese anime mecha. Unfortunately, there’s no way to farm just the boss over and over again. You have to go through the whole quest every time you want to attempt a Hag kill.
Fortunately, it’s not as bad as trying to farm the Slaughterhouse dedicated drops, as the Trials go by pretty quick.
