Persona 5 Royal Yusuke Persona Guide & Best Build
If you’re playing Persona 5 Royal, you’ll want to know what skills Yusuke can learn from his Persona, as well as which ones are most worthwhile to keep. This guide will help make sure that your Yusuke is the best Yusuke he can be and is taking full advantage of his persona at the end of the game.
Persona 5 Royal Yusuke Persona Evolutions
Like every other character in the game, Yusuke has 3 different evolutions for his Persona: Goemon, Kamu Susano-o, and Gorokichi.
Goemon is received in the 2nd Palace, when Yusuke awakens his persona in Madarame’s Palace.
Goemon is upgraded to Kamu Susano-o when Yusuke’s Emperor Confidant is maxed out to level 10. Kamu Susano-o also gains the Evade Fire ability.
Finally, Yusuke’s final Persona, Gorokichi, is obtained by speaking with Yusuke during the bonus semester in January. Gorokichi gains the skill Hyakka Ryouran, which casts Heat Riser on the entire party, increasing all stats, and his trait is upgraded to Unparalleled Eyes, which increases the evasion of the entire party.
Yusuke’s Best Endgame Build
Yusuke, like everyone else, has 8 skills to pick from, and you want to make sure you have the best build possible. The top tier skills are:
Brave Blade | Evade Fire |
Vorpal Blade | High Counter |
Mabufudyne | Charge |
Hyakka Ryouran | Arms Master |
Note that Yusuke doesn’t learn Charge or Arms Master naturally. Charge can be obtained from the Jazz Club on 9/4 and Arms Master can be picked up on 1/22.
For his accessory, I highly recommend the Salvation Crown, which gives Yusuke significant healing support utility that he wouldn’t otherwise have.
