Persona 5 Royal Haru Persona Guide & Best Build
If you’re playing Persona 5 Royal, you’ll want to know what skills Haru can learn from her Persona, as well as which ones are most worthwhile to keep. This guide will help make sure that your Haru is the best Haru she can be and is taking full advantage of her persona at the end of the game.
Persona 5 Royal Makoto Persona Evolutions
Like every other character in the game, Haru has 3 different evolutions for her Persona: Milady, Astarte and Lucy.
Milady is received at the start of the 5th palace, when Haru awakens her persona in Okumura’s Palace.
Milady is upgraded to Astarte when Haru’s Empress Confidant is maxed out to level 10. Astarte also gains the Evade Nuke ability.
Finally, Haru’s final Persona, Lucy, is obtained by speaking with Haru during the bonus semester in January. Lucy gains the skill Life Wall, which gives the party a damage shield that blocks one attack, and her trait is upgraded to Cool Customer, which increases the party’s chance to resist ailments by 50%.
Haru’s Best Endgame Build
Haru, like everyone else, has 8 skills to pick from, and you want to make sure you have the best build possible. The top tier skills are:

Haru struggles because she wants to have both psychic damage and gun damage, but she doesn’t learn the best attacks for either role (Riot Gun/Psycho Force). This is about the best build you can hope to achieve on her. There’s not much reason to hang onto Evade Nuke because it’s incredibly rare for enemies to cast nuclear elemental spells.
As for an accessory, I highly recommend the Salvation Crown in order to give her healing utility that she wouldn’t otherwise have.

Additionally, Astarte gains the skill Evade Nuke automatically when she’s obtained, and Lucy grants the skill Life Wall, which gives the party a damage shield that blocks one incoming attack.
